Visiativ announces the launch of Visiativ Poland and continues to expand its offerings in Europe

Kraków, March 21, 2024 – 09h00. Visiativ, the specialist in digital transformation and innovation for SMEs and ETIs, is listed on Euronext Growth in Paris (FR0004029478, ALVIV).

Visiativ confirms its expertise in the integration of Dassault Systèmes’ solutions on the Polish market. Already established in Poland with its consulting business under the ABGI Brand, the introduction of this new business is part of the SHIFT5 strategic plan and contributes to Visiativ’s ambition to become an “All-in-one Software & Consulting Partner” and to expand its international activities.

Over the course of its 35 years of growth, Visiativ has supported more than 25,000 customers through projects in innovation and implementation of solutions serving the transformation of businesses.

The Visiativ Poland teams aim to meet the requirements of the Polish market by combining consulting and support services with the integration of Dassault Systèmes’ solutions (including SOLIDWORKS). Visiativ Poland thus positions itself as a challenger on the Polish market and supports Visiativ’s ambition to become an “All-in-one Software & Consulting Partner”.

The development of Visiativ Poland contributes to the consolidation in Poland of Visiativ’s value proposition, the Visiativ Innovation Engine, which is built around three pillars: Consult (advice), Engage (solutions) and Connect (connections).

The Visiativ Poland teams are led by Adam Bator, former Managing Director of a leading CAD integrator, with over 20 years expertise in SOLIDWORKS solutions. Recognized for its strong experience in the CAD business, the multiskilled team including Krzysztof Baran, Miroslaw Wnek, and Dorota Gorczowska, together with Adam Bator, represent a major competitive advantage for Visiativ Poland in attracting and building trust with new customers on the Polish market.

“I have complete confidence in Adam Bator and his experienced team to deploy Visiativ’s expertise in Poland. We share the same desire to accompany our customers in their digital transformation strategy through trust and co-development. By expanding Visiativ’s offering on the Polish market, we are executing our SHIFT5 strategic plan and pursuing our ambition to generate 50% of our sales internationally by 2028.”

Laurent Fiard, CEO of Visiativ

“Our teams are experienced, passionate and have an excellent understanding of the Polish market. We are happy to be part of Visiativ’s entry into the Polish Market and developing our offer based on a shared vision of becoming the strategic partner of SME and ETI executives to accelerate innovation and transformation.”

Adam Bator, Managing Director Visiativ Poland
